Community Applications Voting Explained
There's been a lot of questions going around lately about vouching and '+1's'.
Here's how it works:

Recruits and reserves comments are lovely and are considered, but only full members will be counted when giving +/-1's.

- You have 2 weeks time length for your application to pass.
-- If it fails, wait 3 month and then re-apply
- You need 5 and your clearence check to pass
- For every '-1' you need another 1 vouches on top of your current total.

-Ex Anzac members that are re-apping need to follow cooling off app in resignation but if user been ban for more then a month they need to use #4 of cooling off app

- If you resigned you are considered a pubber and standard rules apply - see above.
- If you didn't resign, then if you can tagup or not without re-applying will depend on your activity while you've been away.
-- If you are listed as in Reserves on the members list you can tag-up.
-- Otherwise please contact a Recruitment Officer, a Maj, an MP or a member of the board who will talk to the right ppl about a decision.

For example:
A Pubber is applying for dods
He starts out needing 5 vouches within 2 weeks
He then gets a -1 - it takes away 1 +1 (therefore if he had +4 then gets the -1 he will be at +1)

"Life is full of froth and bubble but two things stand like stone: kindness in another's trouble, and courage in your own."
