Looking into sailing
Found a P class yacht, 7ft, 2.2m sail size, famously easy to learn with for new people and fully restored from 90s in the same city for $650

absolute bargain as far as I am aware!

He has several to sell so I'll be looking into it and hopefully doing some river sailing some day!

This is a good idea of the scale, but I'm not that cute

I hate to sail on this rotten tub
"Leave her, Johnny, leave her!"
No grog allowed and rotten grub
And it's time for us to leave her

RE: Looking into sailing
how tall/heavy are you bear? (if you don't mind me asking) I only ask as the Butterfly/P class sailboats are great for small people/kids, I have sailed one and had blast, but they get bit cramped, but to be able to pull it off the roof of the car anywhere (60-70kg all up I think) and be sailing in 30mins is grate

Yeah just a whizzbang idea, nothing concrete
I'm both big and heavy so maybe not ideal haha but the opportunity had me interested
